In a World of Gross Perversion, Stand and Spread the Gospel.

let us remember that God is gracious and merciful, and is willing to fully forgive those who forsake sin and embrace His Son, Our Savior, Jesus Christ.

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit--fruit that will last--and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you, John 15:16.

I ask...for Godly wisdom and direction. I ask that God use my distaste for the progressive movement of the world to go forth with zeal preaching His Word along with my testimony, that all might be saved.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I pay attention and often chime into the political conversations of our country. And when the issue of "Gender Identity" and anti-discrimination laws came into the mainstream conversation, I of course took part.

With 56% of the Nation supporting Transgender "rights," it has become a hot button issue. But for the Christian, it only further confirms Romans 1:28, Just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind so that they do what ought not to be done. And so, it's no surprise that currently circulating on social media is a video by Reason Magazine that makes light, a heavy situation. It's caption reads;

"Today's court ruling in favor of a trans student in Virginia is just the latest episode in fights over who should be allowed to use which public bathroom under what circumstances. Here are 4 easy steps that will allow all of us to share bathrooms without incident and get on with the rest of our lives."
I did think the video itself was clever and well done, so I have provided it for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy.

We live in a society that holds a humanistic worldview, we are a society of tolerance, despite what's right or wrong. We are taught tolerance is a virtue, and to accept everyone, otherwise, you are an ignorant bigot void of compassion for your fellow human. And as a result, many Christians may be inclined to pass over such perverse displays of sin such as Trans-sexuality as inconsequential to humanity, giving air to "live and let live", because most of us don't want to be labeled an uncompassionate bigot, especially if we are to show the love of Christ. We Christians are not exempt from having been conditioned to believe that nonjudgmentalism is a proper response to those that lead a sinful lifestyle, heck, we pull it on ourselves when we say "I'm a sinner saved by grace", and to each other, when we say "all believers sin, so don't judge mine".
BUT

If you're one of the people that read my blog chances are you hold strong biblical beliefs and therefore know that we are to judge not according to appearance, but to judge with righteous judgment. John 7:24

So let's try and do just that...
It is extremely important that we have the correct discernment. Matthew Henry comments, "Every faithful follower of Christ may humbly adopt Christ's words. His doctrine is not his own finding out, but is from God's word, through the teaching of his Spirit. And amidst the disputes which disturb the world, if any man, of any nation, seeks to do the will of God, he shall know whether the doctrine is of God, or whether men speak of themselves. Only those who hate the truth shall be given up to errors which will be fatal."
"The Only True Wisdom Consists In Knowing That You Know Nothing."
Bill SPrestonEsq.

We need to be careful that our judgement is not made superficially (when we do not know all the facts), although, this statement alone is dauntingly hard for me because only God knows all the facts and so in most cases there is a very good chance that we have rent our garments about something that is not really our job to see about. A friend of mine from Detroit recently taught me this. So the question now becomes; what is our job? Most obviously it is to Preach the good news of Jesus Christ, that all might be saved. Let us then be sober-minded, and remember the words of our Lord, "Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves. But beware of men, for they will hand you over to the courts and scourge you in their synagogues."

In His more typical moments, Jesus showed that He was as wise as a serpent in the way He taught. He knew enough to discern the differences in His audiences (a critical skill), He used the story-telling technique to both feed and weed (Matthew 13:10–13), and He refused to be caught in the many traps that His enemies laid for Him (Mark 8:11; 10:2; 12:13).

We are NEVER going to win the "political argument"... mostly because it is a worldly gain, 2nd because the leftist's goalposts are constantly being moved to fit their agendas. The political discourse is dangerously anti-intellectual and absolutely deceitful. So again, we need not argue from the political talking points that are given to the populace. We need not follow the lead of fleshly, blinded, unjust judgments of unregenerate men who coerce the Christian into being used as a puppet to push agendas that are rooted in worldly and un-Godly purposes.

The true believers of the One True God need to remember, despite the "good intentions" of the bleeding heart liberal, it's not about helping the "transgender", it's about brain-washing the populace to accept the sexually deviant and the perverse.  And these sexual perversions, Homosexuality and Tran-sexuality, along with self love and self indulgence (not only referencing masturbation to pornography but also to the building up of one's own ego and reliance on self, Romans 1:24 paired with, 2 Tim 3:2), these perverse things are promoted as normal or natural to directly undermined Gods Divine Authority...and they do this because they do not have the light of Christ in them to reveal their sinful Depravity.

In their case, the god of this world, Satan, has blinded the minds of the unbelievers to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
2 Corinthians 4:4

Ephesians 5:12-14, for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. For this reason, it says, "Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you."… The world, those that are in darkness need our sincerest compassion and love, they are not to be mocked, hated, abused or ignored...they are to be saved.
